Ochuns Sweetwater Milk + Honey Bath is a delicate, fragrant blend of organic coconut milk, honey, dried calendula, mugwort, elderflower, nettles + damiana, baking soda, + a proprietary blend of essential oils including patchouli + cardamom.
Use as a pour-over style, as a traditional Spiritual Bath or soak in it, to soothe your nervous system and soften your skin.

4 oz. Apothecary bag of organic spelled milks, herbs, flowers + oils.
8 oz Tin
12 oz Iridescent bag
Just Add Water + 5-10 drops of a carrier oil.
TO PREPARE:
Start with up to a gallon of your favorite fresh water.
With attention, intention, prayer, song or mantra, add your desired amount of Ochuns Sweetwater Milk + Honey Bath to a mixing bowl of water. We are making a concentrate. (In a pinch, just add the mix straight to the gallon.)
Add about a quarter sized drop of your favorite carrier oil + swish it around to emulsify the essential oils.
OPTIONAL: Work in any additional ingredients you’d like. (i.e., holy waters, alcohols, colognes, perfumes, powders + oils)
If you’d like a more smooth bath, strain the mixture back into your gallon. If not, just add it back to the gallon with the herbs and flowers still intact, which can be more grounding.
